Emanio history
Emanio, headquartered in Berkeley, California,
was founded in 1994 and has operations across the United
States and in Europe. In 1995, Emanio was one of the first
companies to send EDI messages over the Internet and integrate
these into backend ERP and Supply Chain Management systems
through a single tool. With over 17,000 customers, Emanio
provides a broad line of global trading community B2B software
and solutions services for supplier and customer e-commerce
connection and interaction. These solutions aim at enabling
companies to optimize profitability through timely and efficient
communications with their trading partner communities.
Acquisitions
In 2002, Emanio acquired all of the Trading Partner® and
OnCall*EDI® assets of Mercator Software. Mercator, previously
TSI and Foretell, has implemented its solutions with over 10,000
customers since 1978.
Client base
Emanio has installed solutions for manufacturing
and healthcare organizations, as well as local and state governments
internationally. A wide variety of enterprises such as Citigroup,
Liberty Mutual, Prax Air and Kohler and international companies
such as Norwegian Telecom and Aker Maritime are also served.
Within healthcare, Emanio serves suppliers such as Allegiance, Baxter and Owens and Minor along with over 2,000 healthcare providers located all over the US and Canada.
Emanio's focus is on working with organizations to solve business requirements through analysis, technology and services, and eMessaging through EDI, ASN / barcoding solutions and data integration.
